Opscode offers a three tiered packaged support model.


Along with the freedom and flexibility of Chef and the reliability and speed of Opscode, Hosted Chef customers receive the Standard support plan with 2 free incidents, an industry leading Service Level Agreement with a 99.9% uptime guarantee and service credits if it fails to be met.


For Hosted Chef customers with an increased support need beyond the Standard plan, Opscode offers two additional packaged support plans, to give you the confidence and help you need for your environment.


Note: customers who buy Private Chef or Hosted Chef for the Enterprise should refer to their customer agreements and should not refer to the chart below.
